    playlists not working here...

    i get the no suitable songs found error as well. i trashed the .plists (there were 2 of them, almost the same file name, one had initial caps in the name, the other didn't.) restarted the filter, and get the same error. i'm running 10.5.4 on macbook pro. any ideas? thanks! michael

    Yeah, sorry, we are still here :)

     

    We've just restarted working on the clients after a (too) long break, during which we've been concentrating on the web site...

    There should be a release soon with much better recommendations on the client, as in within the next couple of weeks, followed by another release adding some more new features.

    Thank you. I understand. The site looks great, by the way. So should I expect that the current filter app won't build playlists at all? Or is there a fix for this? Bye the way, my iTunes library is located on an attached drive which is also used for time machine. Thanks, Michael

    The current Filter app should build playlists, it's just that the algorithm for it was changed for some specific requirements for the website and the impact on the client not fully understood.

    Therefore they are often much shorter than expected, or as you're seeing tracks get blocked thus receiving no tracks in the playlist.

    The location of your tracks should not matter.
