    Filter icon animating...?

    In the menu bar. Does this mean it's scanning my library, or is it the default state?

    I ask myself the same question. There is absolutely no feedback from the filter menu bar. I saw the icon flash for hours before deciding to stop the process. How much time to sync does it take when you've got like 30.000 entries in iTunes? Days? I didn't notice any improvement in the suggestions from the filter after hours of syncing.

    i still have not been able to create even 1 playlist through the filter.
