I downloaded the latest version of Firefox, because I thought it would remedy the problem, JUST LATELY my music and youtube have stopped playing and I am in Texas, my boyfriend in Arizona said he is experiencing the same thing, NO SOUND, when I open Enternet explorer, I can hear it. But I prefer using Mozilla Firefox, so what the hell is happenining PLEASE...someone explain to me what I need to do.

    Hi,

It sounds like Flash in Firefox isn't working properly for you, we've seen this a few times where Firefox and Flash give up *talking* to each other. We use Flash to play the audio clips and the YouTube video. In Firefox, go to the link below and install Flash again. Once installed, close your browser, open it again and go to the site. This should get you working again.

    Hope that helps,

    Si
