Hmm, you shouldn't get the Vista UAC prompt anymore; at least I thought I'd fixed it! Can you go to the 'About' form and paste the contents of the version box for me please? The catalogue scan will go as deep as it needs to when looking for music files. Perhaps I'll add some catalogue...

Grrr, tried it on my desktop machine and it thinks the AutoUpdater.exe requires administrator privileges - that would cause it to get blocked by defender on startup. Both are running the same version of Vista?! Will try and sort it out... Westy
